Lenovo B5400 MB825GE
The Lenovo B5400 MB825GE is a laptop made for both business and casual users. The exterior of this laptop is simple and does what it needs to do; firmly and safely house the hardware in the laptop. The plastic casing, however, makes it look pretty flimsy. It comes with the basic ports such as the audio port, 2 USB 2.0 ports, 2 USB 3.0 ports, a VGA port, HDMI and an Ethernet port for wired connections.
The Lenovo supports the usual 802.11 Wi-Fi and the latest Bluetooth 4.0. It is equipped with an Intel i5 4200M processor giving it reasonable processing power to run semi advanced software. It also comes with a dedicated graphics card, the Nvidia GeForce GT 720M, which boosts its graphical capabilities. Its 15.6 inch display features a resolution of 1366 by 768 pixels providing vivid and clear pictures.
However, the battery life is not up to par. Even though it has a 48 Wh battery, its battery life can only be compared to laptops with 37 Wh battery. This can be a real deal breaker to some. All in all, the Lenovo B5400 MB825GE is a simple laptop, suitable for users who do not require much. The laptop itself runs well and is inexpensive.

Taken out of service. "The best price performance ratio for the price-conscious budget" – Lenovo's inexpensive office notebook is not focused on the design but the performance is very good in return.

Lenovo: Lenovo ("Le" from English legend, novo (Latin) for new) was founded in 1984 as a Chinese computer trading company. As of 2004, the company was the largest laptop manufacturer in China and, after acquiring IBM's PC division in 2005, the fourth largest in the world. In addition to desktops and notebooks, the company manufactures monitors, projectors, servers, etc, and specializes in developing, manufacturing and marketing consumer electronics, personal computers, software, enterprise solutions and related services.
In 2016, the company ranked first in the world in computer sales. It still held it in 2023 with about 23% global market share. Important product lines are Thinkpad, Legion and Ideapad.
In 2011, it acquired a majority stake in Medion AG, a European computer hardware manufacturer. In 2014, Motorola Mobility was purchased, which gave Lenovo a boost in the smartphone market.

73%: This rating is poor. More than three quarters of the models are rated better. That is rather not a purchase recommendation. Even if verbal ratings in this area do not sound that bad ("sufficient" or "satisfactory"), they are usually euphemisms that disguise a classification as a below-average laptop.
