Xiaomi has been busy beta-testing its HyperOS 3 update across a wide range of devices, with plans to deliver the stable release to its latest and most premium models by the end of October. Owners of the Xiaomi 15 series, Redmi K80 Pro, and Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro can already try out an early version of Android 16–based HyperOS 3 skin, and now even more devices are set to get in on the action.
According to XiaomiTime, Xiaomi is internally testing Android 15–based builds of HyperOS 3 for a fresh batch of Xiaomi and Redmi phones. At least 16 models have been spotted running internal firmware OS3.0.250923, including popular devices like the Redmi K50 Ultra, Xiaomi 12, Redmi Note 13 5G, and POCO F5 Pro.

The internal test builds are reportedly based on Android 15, which is a bit disappointing as newer Xiaomi devices have received HyperOS 3 betas based on Android 16. However, this shouldn’t be a big deal for most users, as most of the big changes and improvements are tied to Xiaomi's custom skin, HyperOS, anyway.
Xiaomi hasn’t kicked off any public beta programs for these models just yet, but with internal testing currently underway, users probably won't have to wait too long to get their hands on the new software.
And if you’re wondering when the stable update is coming, Xiaomi’s official roadmap has HyperOS 3 scheduled to land on the Xiaomi 12 series, MIX Fold 2, Redmi Note 12T Pro, and Redmi K50 Ultra in January 2026.
