Doogee S200 Ultra launches with round secondary display, 11,000 mAh battery and free smartwatch
Doogee has just added a better-equipped Ultra model to the S200 5G, which is supposedly just as robust – the housing is IP68, IP69 and MIL-STD-810H certified, making it waterproof, dustproof and drop-resistant. At a thickness of 19.1 millimeters and weight of 383 grams, however, the smartphone isn't particularly compact.
On the other hand, Doogee has installed a massive 11,000 mAh battery, which can be charged via USB-C with up to 66 watts. It's also possible to use the S200 Ultra as a power bank and charge connected devices with up to 10 watts. A special feature is the round 1.32-inch AMOLED display on the back, which can display a clock, incoming calls and messages and music controls, among other features.
The camera module also houses a 100 MP f/1.8 main camera, a 2 MP macro camera and a 20 MP night vision camera. The 32 MP selfie camera is housed in a notch on the 6.72-inch IPS panel, which provides a resolution of 2,400 x 1,080 and a refresh rate of 120 Hz, but the brightness is very modest at 380 nits. Inside the Doogee S200 Ultra is a MediaTek Dimensity 7400. The fingerprint sensor is integrated into the lock button on the side. Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.4 and NFC are supported. The smartphone runs Android 15, but Doogee does not guarantee software updates.
Price and availability
The Doogee S200 Ultra is available exclusively with 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of flash storage for a list price of $629. The smartphone will be available in the manufacturer's online shop for $579 until September 22, and the first 30 buyers will receive a free Doogee Anywise W1 smartwatch.
