The latest iteration of the Xenia 15 gaming laptop is powered by the i7-11800H processor coupled with 32 GB of DDR4-3200 RAM, a new 1 TB XPG Gen 4 SSD and either an RTX 3070 or 3060 dGPU from Nvidia. It comes with advanced features like Thunderbolt 4 connectors and a 15.6-inch 165 Hz QHD screen. On the other hand, the new XPG DDR5 modules that can be overclocked to 12600 MT/s now feature as much as 64 GB per single module.

ADATA introduced a host of new products during a recent online event that celebrated the brand's 20th anniversary. Some of the more noteworthy products include the new XPG Xenia 15 gaming laptop powered by Intel TIger Lake-H processors and Nvidia RTX 3000 GPU plus the XPG advanced DDR5 gaming modules that can be overclocked to 12600 MT/s.

The presentation for the DDR5 modules was very brief, probably because this product will see a proper launch in late 2021. As part of the XPG gaming lineup, the DDR5 modules are specifically designed to offer smoother gameplay and enhanced productivity. XPG mentions that the maximum speed is 12600 MT/s, so this would be the overclocked speed, but the default frequencies are not mentioned. Some of the features include improved energy efficiency that allows the module to work at voltages as low as 1.1 V, an enhanced ECC chip, and double the maximum capacity of DDR4 models for up to 64 GB per module.

When it comes to the upgrades on the refreshed Xenia 15 gaming laptop, XPG is now including the Core i7-11800H processor with 8 cores and 16 threads that can boost to a maximum of 4.6 GHz in single-core mode. This is complemented by Nvidia’s RTX 3070 or 3060 mobile GPUs, 32 GB of XPG DDR4 RAM plus the new XPG Gen 4 SSD with 1 TB capacity. In order to keep the total weight under 2 kg, XPG includes a light premium magnesium alloy chassis that integrates a mechanical keyboard with per key RGB lighting. The 15.6-inch screen was also upgraded with a 165 Hz QHD panel, while the port selection now includes Thunderbolt 4 connectors. No pricing info for now.
