Deal | Zero Motorcycles extends Go Electric Incentive discounts of up to US$4,500 to July 15 in effort to increase EV adoption
Zero Motorcycles has announced that it will be extending its Go Electric Incentive until July 15. The company explains in its announcement that part of the reason for its incentive is to compensate for the lack of federal tax incentives to increase electric motorcycle adoption. The program offers either a cash-back discount or 0% APR financing when you buy a Zero electric motorcycle at any of its dealerships, and the discounts apply to any Zero dealership internationally.
As a result of the Go Electric campaign, Zero's electric motorcycles are available at up to 18% off, depending on the model you buy.
For the US market, the Zero Go Electric Incentive deals result in final prices that look something like this:
- DSR/X: US$4,500 cash back; US$19,995 final price
- SR/F: US$3,910 cash back; US$19,795 final price
- SR/S: US$4,000 cash back; US$19,995 final price
- SR: US$3,000 cash back; US$16,995 final price
- DSR: US$3,000 cash back; US$14,995 final price
- S: US$1,250 cash back; US$11,745 final price
- DS: US$1,250 cash back; US$11,745 final price
- FX: US$1,000 cash back; US$11,995 final price
- FXE: US$1,000 cash back; US$11,995 final price
In terms of international markets, the UK and Europe receive up to £3,500, €3,500 cash back respectively, while Canadian buyers get up to CAD$ 6,000 in rebates, as well.
Zero Motorcycles's Go Electric Incentive will run until July 15, and it's unclear whether Zero will extend the sales again.
