Xiaomi has listed the 5-in-1 Type-C Hub on its global website, suggesting it will soon launch the accessory in markets worldwide. Features include multiple data transfer ports and the ability to connect a monitor with a 4K resolution. Plus, there is pass-through charging for the host device via the integrated USB-C cable.

The Xiaomi 5-in-1 Type-C Hub has arrived on the brand’s global website, suggesting it will soon roll out to countries worldwide. The accessory offers a range of ports to charge devices and transfer files.

At the front of the 5-in-1 Type-C Hub are three USB 3.0 ports with a theoretical transfer rate of 5 Gbps, which Xiaomi suggests allows a 450MB/s transmission speed to transfer a 1 GB file in around three seconds. Next to these is a USB-C port for data transfers or PD 100W fast charging. On one side of the accessory is a 4K@60Hz HDMI port to connect an external monitor. On the other end is a USB-C output that connects to the host device for pass-through charging at 90W. Next to this is a cable storage groove to protect the connector.

The accessory is compatible with devices running macOS 11.1 and later, Windows 7 and later and Android 10.0 and later. According to the product listing, it has an aluminum alloy casing for enhanced heat dissipation, measuring 112.5 x 10.4 x 39 mm (~4.4 x 0.41 x 1.5 inches). The Xiaomi 5-in-1 Type-C Hub has already launched in China, retailing for 149 yuan (~$21). It is unclear when the accessory will arrive in markets globally and at what price.
