Warhammer Quest 2: The End Times coming to Android next month for US$4.99
Those few Warhammer fans who do not have a smartphone yet and avoid Apple products will soon be out of excuses for staying away from Android, since Warhammer Quest 2: The End Times is finally coming to the mobile platform developed by Google.
The original Warhammer Quest video game is a port of the Games Workshop board game that was released all the way back in 1995. For those unfamiliar with Warhammer Quest, it should be enough to say that this game is a dungeon crawler that can easily keep one user glued to his/her smartphone for hours.
The story spins around a group of heroes which are controlled by the player. This group has to face countless enemies such as goblins, orcs, and trolls. Obviously, as the player levels up, better gear can be acquired for the party, thus increasing its effectiveness.
Warhammer Quest 2: The End Times will hit Google Play on April 11. The game itself will cost US$4.99, but those who want to dig deeper need to pay US$4.99 for each of the two expansions that will be launched alongside the main game as well. Until then, the mobile gamers who missed Warhammer Quest so far should go ahead and grab it for just US$0.99 — down from a full price of US$4.99. The game received its last update on July 26, 2016, requires Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich or later, and has a Google Play user rating of 4 stars out of 5.
