Reviews for the Vivo iQOO Neo8

Vivo iQOO Neo 8 and Neo 8 Pro Smartphones Review
Source: OI Spice Tech News English
Both the Vivo iQOO Neo 8 and Neo 8 Pro smartphones have very powerful specs inside them, including a gorgeous display, flagship chipset, and excellent battery life. IQOO has managed to deliver a flagship killer experience and that too at a price that’s very lucrative. Sure, it doesn’t have waterproofing or Gorilla Glass, but including would have meant a compromise on the chipset or the display. If you are a gamer or want pure performance, you don’t want a compromise in those areas. So, both of these smartphones are excellent choices for that and it comes at a price that is totally justified for the performance it delivers. In terms of downsides, the device lacks reverse charging support and a better camera setup. Still, the device can be a good choice when you are seeking a flagship performance.

Qualcomm Adreno 730: Graphics chip for smartphones and tablets that is integrated within the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC. Qualcomm claims that it is 30% faster than the Adreno 660 in the Snapdragon 888 SoC. For Android it should be one of the fastest graphics cards in late 2021.

Modern games should be playable with these graphics cards at low settings and resolutions. Casual gamers may be happy with these cards.

SD 8+ Gen 1: High-end SoC for smartphones that was introduced in late 2021 and manufactured in 4 nm at TSMC. Integrates one “Prime Core” based on a ARM Cortex-X2 architecture clocked at up to 3.2 GHz. Three more performance cores are based on the A710 but clock up to 2.5 GHz. Furthermore, four energy saving cores are integrated that are based on the ARM Cortex-A510 architecture and clock at up to 1.8 GHz. In addition to the processor cores, the SoC integrates a WiFi 6e modem, a Hexagon DSP (for AI acceleration) and a Spectra ISP. The integrated memory controller supports fast LPDDR5 memory with up to 3,200 MHz. 5G is now included in the chip with the Snapdragon X65 modem. Compared to the non plus version, the 8+ Gen 1 offers a 200 MHz higher clocked Prime Core and a 10% higher clocked GPU. Furthermore, it is now produced at TSMC and not Samsung.» Further information can be found in our Comparison of Mobile Processsors.

6.78":

It is a small display format for smartphones. You shouldn't be severely defective in vision, and you won't see much detail on the screen and only have a small resolution available. For that, the device should be small and handy, easy to transport.
