Reviews for the Vivo V40e

80% Vivo V40e Review: Easy on the Eyes
Source: NDTV Gadgets English
While the Vivo V40e is definitely not the one to get if you're after Portrait photography, it is something I'd recommend if you want amazing battery life and a good-looking design. The Royal Bronze option is nice to look at, and the curved edges make the phone easy to hold. The phone also has a large, bright display for most conditions. Sound output is decent, the primary rear camera and the front camera are good during the day, and performance is also pretty decent. As for alternatives, you can go for the Nothing Phone 2a Plus (Review) if you want a more unique design and better performance.

Vivo V40e Review: Slim And Lightweight Companion
Source: Cashify English
The Vivo V40e is a great mid-ranger with a good display, decent cameras and a long-lasting battery life. However, you must contend with average performance, bloatware-ridden software and the lack of a telephoto lens.

70% Vivo V40e review: A balanced mid-ranger with worthy upgrades
Source: The Times of India English
The Vivo V40e review is a decent mid-ranger smartphone which manages day-to-day tasks with ease. It is also good for rare multitasking as it powers MediaTek Dimensity 7300 SoC. One of the most attractive things about Vivo V40e is that it comes with an amazing display that offers exceptional visuals while gaming or watching HD content. In my opinion, the design and camera capabilities could have been better.

vivo V40e Review
Source: Mobygyaan English
The vivo V40e emerges as a well-rounded contender in the mid-range smartphone segment, offering a balanced blend of performance, display quality, design, and battery life. Powered by the Dimensity 7300, it delivers a reliable performance, the stunning curved AMOLED screen is another strong point, to consider in the smartphone, plus the fast 80W charging coupled with the 5,500 mAh battery, and super-slim 7.49 mm profile and curved-edge body, exuding a premium look and feel. The camera setup is another key highlight delivering versatile photography capabilities, and 50 MP eye-autofocus selfie camera for mind-boggling selfies.

ARM Mali-G615 MP2: Mid-range graphics chip for smartphones with 2 of the 6 possible cores. Based on the fourth generation of Valhall architecture. Offers variable rate shading.

Non demanding games should be playable with these graphics cards.

Dimensity 7300: The Dimensity 7300 is a mid-range processor with an integrated 5G modem. The CPU part integrates four ARM Cortex-A78 cores with up to 2.5 GHz and four Cortex-A55 power cores with up to 2 GHz. The SoC is manufactured using the modern 4nm process.» Further information can be found in our Comparison of Mobile Processsors.

6.77":

It is a small display format for smartphones. You shouldn't be severely defective in vision, and you won't see much detail on the screen and only have a small resolution available. For that, the device should be small and handy, easy to transport.

» To find out how fine a display is, see our DPI List.

75%: This rating is poor. More than three quarters of the models are rated better. That is rather not a purchase recommendation. Even if verbal ratings in this area do not sound that bad ("sufficient" or "satisfactory"), they are usually euphemisms that disguise a classification as a below-average laptop.
