The Vivo S1 has entered the market with some brilliant features and extra ordinary design. The reason why it may enjoy the limelight in the world of smartphones is that Vivo S1 has all required specifications, optical ease, good memory space and an amazing camera quality. This smartphone with all such features does not become a burden on the pocket as it is very economical when all the features are present. This product may take the fortune of the company at an elevation as all the update with respect to Pie Android has been carefully dealt with. With this approach, masses might consider updating their previous phones with Vivo S1.

Vivo is off to a good start with their first S series entry in the Philippines. The Vivo S1 is suitable for those who want a good-looking mid-ranger with a large AMOLED screen, RAM and storage capacity, and battery. It’s not the best out there in this price range, but if you’re looking for a reliable entertainment daily driver for PHP 14,999, this phone can give you that experience.

The Vivo S1 sort of feels like a mixed bag of features. At RM1099 it is a good deal as it has a nice design, respectable mid-range specs, Game Assistant, and a pretty big 4500mAh battery (with a somewhat fast charging technology). While I can understand that the features (camera performance, fast charging, and in-display fingerprint scanner) aren't as good as the upper mid-range and flagships, the most glaring minus is the amount of bloatware that does the same thing as Google apps.

With a 4500mAh battery, Vivo S1 is a beast that delivers long life. There are a host of features that the phone comes with. These include in-display sensor, 32MP camera, dual tone finish rear design and AI triple camera at the back. The performance is decent without much hassle. Although, there are some things that can be worked upon like an easy UI and a dedicated night mode.

Vivo S1 is a stylish phone and the Super AMOLED display adds to its charisma. The phone comes with good battery life, fast in-display fingerprint sensor and face unlock along with decent performance. However, the phone lags behind the competition in the camera department and long gaming sessions can cause it to heat up. If you can make your peace with the camera performance and you are not into graphics-heavy games, Vivo S1 is not a bad deal at Rs 17,990.

Priced at Rs. 17,999, we think the Vivo S1 has bitten off slightly more than it can chew. The smartphone does the basics well as it comes with good, clean, modern design, and goes through daily tasks easily. However, except for the battery life, we did not think the phone had a massive positive point going in its favor against its competition, which outguns it on many fronts. The Redmi Note 7 Pro and the Realme X (not to mention the just-launched Realme 5 Pro), that come with better overall performance and distinct design are definitely a headache for the Vivo S1. Even its recently launched cousin, the Vivo Z1 Pro comes with a better all-round performance, which means, the Vivo S1 has a fight on its hands. It has the looks, but we doubt if those alone will suffice in the jungle that is the Indian smartphone market.

Vivo’s AI has also made a leap forward with a more powerful Jovi that understands users’ needs and desires better than ever before. Besides the dedicated Smart Button and Jovi Image Recogniser, S1 also features a more intuitive version of Google Assistant, customised for vivo customers. A single click of the Smart Button will bring up Google Assistant, and a double-press triggers Jovi Image Recogniser for access to almost a hundred mainstream e-commerce platforms to search through databases of over half a billion products.

The Vivo S1 is yet another smartphone from Vivo priced under Rs. 20,000. It has an eye-catching design and a quick in-display fingerprint scanner. Vivo does bring the new MediaTek Helio P65 SoC to the table, but it is only marginally better than the MediaTek Helio P70 SoC in a few benchmarks. In terms of processor power, the Vivo S1 is on par with smartphones powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 660, which can cost as little as Rs. 10,000.

There’s a lot to like about the Vivo S1, but a phone is greater than the sum of its parts. The hardware lacks finesse and the quality of materials is a definite downgrade over the premium glass and aluminium sandwiches we see at this price range.

Priced at Rs 19,990 (for 6GB RAM and 128GB storage), the Vivo S1 is a balanced midrange phone marred by Vivo’s unoptimised user interface, which hampers the user experience. Consider this phone for its design, display, performance, optics and battery life. If user experience is what you desire, you might want to give this one a miss.

Vivo is clearly developing multiple products at similar price points in order to target diverse groups of buyers. The new Vivo S1 won't appeal to power-hungry enthusiasts in the same way that the Z1 Pro will, but it instead offers a distinctive style and promises great front and rear cameras. More importantly, it will be widely available both online and offline.

The Vivo S1 looks stylish and the gradient finish adds to the overall aesthetics of the smartphone. The blue one is really cool. The phone offers long-lasting battery. The sAMOLED screen of the Vivo S1 is bright enough most of the time, but could have been brighter as that would have helped when a user is outdoor. The phone is capable of handling day-to-day usage pretty well but gaming performance could have been better.

The Vivo S1 is a beautifully-designed smartphone in this price band. The AMOLED display offers some good colour reproduction and good viewing angles. The performance is decent considering the price point, though the camera performance is not that great. Overall, Vivo S1 has a lot to offer and it can be a good device to consider in this price range.

In terms of functionality, FuntouchOS does add some key features to enhance the overall experience. There is a system-wide dark mode which is a big plus! Also, Multi-Turbo is present within the system to increase performance of apps and games. Additionally, dedicated Motorbike mode, Game Center and also, real-time Voice Change for games are some highlights that are exclusive to FuntouchOS and definitely add value to S1 Pro.

The Vivo S1 Pro is a good looking-phone with a crisp display and solid battery life. True to the theme of the S series, the design is eye-catching, and the new gradient finish as well as the diamond-shaped camera module helps this phone stand out among its peers. However, just like its sibling, the S1, and even the recently launched Oppo F15, Vivo seems to have prioritised style over everything else and gone with a pretty underpowered processor for this price bracket.

Vivo has focused alot on its new diamond shaped design, display and camera. And no doubt it has made some reasonable developments in these domains. But, it has lacked in some other areas. Like it has offset the need for better processing and more intuitive software experience. Though, overall the smartphone is a reasonable choice among the mid range smartphones.

The Vivo S1 Pro is an overall good mid-ranger. It does have a rather average chipset, and it’s pretty much a slightly improved S1 in some aspects. For a price of PHP 15,990, you get a Super AMOLED display, 8GB RAM, 128GB of storage, a modest battery life, and a decent set of cameras. Not a lot of mid-rangers offer 8GB + 128GB at this price point. If you’re looking for a decent mid-range daily driver, the S1 Pro might be your next device.

Retailing for P15,999, Vivo S1 Pro managed to offer a better value than the S1. Compared to other popular budget phones, like Realme 5 and Redmi Note 8, yes, the price is a bit steeper, However, you do get 8GB RAM, a large battery with fast charging via USB-C, and uniquely attractive design. Vivo’s new phone even feels like a better package than the A9 2020 that retails for nearly the same price. However, we will need a full comparison for that.

vivo has yet revealed the price on the S1 Pro as of this writing. However, given the recent price cut for the S1, we expect the S1 Pro to be priced anywhere between the Php 14k to 16k range. We should know more about the S1 Pro, along with pre-order details, on November 20.

The colorful world, the dynamic image, the life of young people is always full of exciting things. In addition to the self-portrait, the high-value Vivo S1 Pro has a satisfactory performance in daily use. What makes me most attractive if I say it? Then the zero-border panoramic screen and the 32MP self-timer lens are definitely the biggest highlights.

Overall, the Vivo S10 and S10 Pro smartphones have five main features that make them a good buy. The first would be the impressive AMOLED panel and in addition, the smooth refresh rate experience gives it an added charm. The performance aspect is also good in different ways, while the best result is excellent. If your camera is aesthetic, you’ll love the camera technology on these phones. Screen, camera, performance, battery, and exclusivity have all the necessary features to appeal to top smartphone users. In short, devices cannot exceed their limits, but if you are looking for an alternative option, you can check out the Redmi K40 Pro smartphone.

This time, the Vivo S10 Pro has not been improved in terms of processor. Still, the overall gaming experience is guaranteed, and more importantly, even if it is the same processor. Still, after the same time as the previous generation of games, The battery consumption is reduced instead, which is why Vivo’s software optimization has played a key role. Many users who comment on the Vivo S series are actually not the target users of the series because people who want to buy S series phones will not look at the keywords mentioned in these reviews. They want beautiful photos and Meimei’s mobile phone, plus the same product as the spokesperson you like, is that simple.

The Vivo S10e phone can be considered an add-on in the Vivo S10 series. However, the phone has impressive camera features, software optimization, a powerful chipset, support for fast charging, and much more. In contrast, its flaws, like the phone, didn’t even have Corning Gorilla glass protection, nor did the company remove the bloatware and advertisements from the interface. Overall, the UI experience won’t be as good as standard Android, but the customization features are great. Anyway, if you’re looking for a decent camera phone with a slim build, it’s a great deal, but if you’re looking for even better specs and features, then the Vivo iQOO Z5x might be the best choice for you.

Vivo S12 can easily satisfy people who like taking selfies and have high requirements for the appearance of mobile phones and can cover a wider group of people with a balanced and comprehensive configuration and gain more users. Combined with the starting price of 2799 yuan, it has obvious advantages in the same price segment.

The Vivo S12 is a great mid-range phone that brings exceptional features, and there’s also a sibling known as Vivo S12 Pro. Both of them are released in December 2021 back to back, yet the Vivo S12 price is around $440 (Rs 32,999 in India). The primary specs and features are good in some aspects while in some they are disappointing. The display section would disappoint as it offers a 6.44-inches AMOLED panel with a 90Hz refresh rate and HDR 10+ content support. But the hardware section provides standard processing power MediaTek MT6891Z Dimensity 1100 5G chipset. As for the software rendering, the Android 11 based Origin OS Ocean custom layering interface is present. In terms of storage, you are getting an ample 256GB internal storage with 8GB and 12GB RAM support, without secondary storage unit. On the other hand, the camera section offers a triple camera setup that features a 108MP primary, 8MP ultra-wide, and 2MP macro. With this setup, you can record up to 4K videos with gyro-EIS stabilization.

The Vivo S12 Pro smartphone’s unique selling points are its design, performance, and camera power, especially the selfie camera. If you are looking for a stylish device that lasts a long time, then you may want to consider this device as it won’t slow down, unlike some other phones in this price bucket. But if you are someone who needs a good ultra-wide camera, then this smartphone is not for you. Although the phone will be perfect for a lot of people, it may not be the one for you. It depends on what you want out of a smartphone, so make your decision based on that. Also, it is yet to be available outside mainland China as it hasn’t launched globally yet.
