The Armor 33 Pro couldn’t look more striking, as Ulefone has equipped its new phone with a big 118dB speaker and a 3.4-inch secondary display on the back. The Armor 34 Pro doesn’t feature the speaker or secondary display, and comes with a bright LED flashlight with up to 1,200 lumens instead.
Furthermore, the Armor 34 Pro has an integrated projector which can hit a brightness of up to 150 lumens. Aside from that, these two devices are practically identical. Both Ulefone smartphones are pretty thick at 1.3 inches but come with an IP68 and IP69K certification, which means that they are waterproof. The rugged case supposedly survives drops from a height of roughly 5ft. A special accessory port on the back can be used to hook up Ulefone's optional microscope.
The Armor 34 Pro has a 6.95-inch 144Hz display with a 1,080p+ resolution, while the Armor 33 Pro offers a similar screen with a slower refresh rate of 120Hz. The 25,500mAh battery can be charged via USB-C with up to 66 watts. If the smartphone is used as a power bank, it can charge other devices with up to 10 watts. Ulefone further opted for a 32MP f/2.5 selfie camera, a 50MP f/1.9 main camera, a 50MP f/2.2 ultra-wide-angle camera and a 64MP f/1.8 night vision camera with four infrared LEDs and a 1/2 inch sensor.
Price and availability
The Ulefone Armor 33 Pro and Armor 34 Pro are expected to become available "soon", but the Chinese manufacturer has not yet confirmed any pricing details. That said, the smartphones will be offered in a single configuration with 12GB RAM and 512GB of internal storage.
