Ugreen launching new car charger with upgraded design

A new Ugreen car charger appears to be on the way. An accessory with model number W778 recently appeared in the database of the Wireless Power Consortium (WPC), the organisation responsible for the management of charging standards like Qi2.
An image of the new Ugreen Wireless Car Charger shows it has a somewhat similar design to the brand’s older MagFlow Magnetic Wireless Car Charger 25W, also known as model W758. On its front is a round, Qi2-certified wireless charging pad, and it is secured to car air vents using a clip. However, this newer model appears to have a new cooling system, with air vents around the charging pad and at the rear.
Aside from the new cooling system, it is unclear how the new Ugreen Wireless Car Charger will differ from its predecessor. It is expected to offer up to 25W wireless charging, with a compatible phone held in place using magnets. Plus, the phone should be freely rotatable up to 360°.
It is unclear when the new Ugreen Wireless Car Charger will be released, and at what price. In the US, the older Ugreen MagFlow Magnetic Wireless Car Charger 25W retails for $39.99 (curr. $29.99 for Prime members at Amazon).
