Deal | Top-rated Sony WF-1000XM6 ANC earbuds with LDAC Hi-Res Audio drop to lowest price ever

Amazon has given the Sony WF-1000XM6 earbuds their biggest discount ever. The Sony WF‑1000XM6 earbuds are now $258.00, a 21.8% discount off their $329.99 MSRP, with both the Platinum Silver and Black models at this sale price.

The WF-1000XM6 earbuds are What Hi-Fi?'s 2026 favorite flagship pick, with performance "blowing many of its close rivals out of the water" and delivering "stunning performance for the money.". Rtings agrees, ranking the Sony WF-1000XM6 as "the best wireless earbuds we've tested."

However, for those who often work in very noisy environments, Sony's newest WH-1000XM6 headphones (sold here on Amazon) with a 12-mic noise cancelling system offer even better ANC.

The adaptive ANC earbuds use eight microphones with a bone conduction sensor to analyze and cancel out unwanted background noise from music and calls. The WF-1000XM6 earbuds have a runtime of up to 8 hours with ANC on, with up to 24 hours total using the charging case, according to Sony. The case can be recharged wirelessly.

The WF-1000XM6 earbuds support high-resolution music playback using Sony's Hi-Res Audio LDAC Bluetooth codec with 8.4 mm drivers that have a frequency response range of 20 Hz to 40 kHz. Lower-quality music streamed using standard SBC or AAC codecs is upscaled using DSEE Extreme to restore lost details.

The earbuds come with IPX4 splash resistance for use while exercising. They automatically start and stop playback upon insertion and removal, and users can control them by voice or head gestures. The head gesture sensors also enable the Sony earbuds to reproduce spatial audio with head tracking.
