IFA 2016 | TomTom intros three smart wearables

The wearable market might be slowing down, but that does not keep away new products from showing up. TomTom is another brand whose new wearables are being unveiled these days in Berlin, and these new devices are the TomTom Touch, TomTom Adventurer, as well as the TomTom Spark 3 and Runner 3 GPS sports watches with Route Exploration.

The two Runner 3 watches with Route Exploration are the Spark 3 and Runner 3. Although they are slimmer than other outdoor watches, they are tough enough for runs, hikes, and other activities. The Route Exploration feature allows the Runner 3's user to explore unexplored routes and avoid going the same path twice. More than that, the device also tracks various health parameters, as well as counting distances/steps while running, walking, swimming, working out, or cycling.

TomTom Adventurer has similar features to the Spark 3 watches, also featuring a heart rate monitor. At last, the TomTom Touch fitness tracker can measure muscle mass and body fat, but also provides smartwatch alerts/notifications.

The TomTom Touch can be already pre-ordered for around $166 USD, while its siblings are expected to arrive next month. Their prices are $275 USD (Spark 3 and Runner 3) and $335 USD (Adventurer).
