Motorola’s G lineup of phones may just be the company’s most commercially successful series. The devices have become synonymous with high value for money, especially in a US smartphone market that is yet to be penetrated by Chinese brands. The company is set to deliver the next iteration in the series next year, and word of one of the devices have surfaced.
The Moto G7 Power will come as something of a shock to buyers as Motorola doesn’t offer “Power” variants in its G lineup. This time around, though, the company will. In fact, the Moto G7 generation will play host to four devices: The Moto G7, Moto G7 Plus, Moto G7 Play, and Moto G7 Power.
The G7 Power certainly lives up to its tag, as reports claim it will feature a huge 5000 mAh battery. The Play models have usually been the ones with the biggest batteries but that will change this year. Supporting that idea is the fact that the G7 Play surfaced on FCC a few days ago with a puny 2820 mAh battery.
More details of the G7 Power remain elusive but sources claim it will feature a Snapdragon 632 and a big 6.22-inch FHD+ display, with an equally massive notch at its top.
