Deal | Steam adds several new free games with strong player ratings

Steam has added a bunch of free games throughout September 2026, and as October began, many of these freebies are already holding their ground well with decent overall player ratings. Of course, like every other batch, there are many new additions that don't seem worth trying.

However, there are free games like Reincarnage, Gravity Knight, HoloTrials: Case Covered, and A Night at Moka Efti that seem worth trying. Here's more about the newly added freebies that currently have good player ratings:

• A Night at Moka Efti: A Babylon Berlin Story - an adventure free game with elements from detective games. This freebie currently holds a 96% positive rating.
