Despite Elon Musk's musings that the Starlink Mini dish will cost half of what the Standard Kit commands, SpaceX released it at its full $599 retail pricing, which at the time was even higher than the bigger dish that was offered at a running promo.
Since then, SpaceX discounted the standard Starlink dish even further down to $349 which seems to have become a permanent price point now. The Starlink Mini kit, however, only recently saw its first serious discount from $599 to $449 at places like Best Buy, its lowest ever price.
That promo was supposed to run until December 8, but SpaceX just started sending out emails to Residential plan subscribers that they can have the Mini dish at the discounted price until December 31, and get a roaming plan discount, too, while they are at it.
Starlink Mini bundle deal plan price
The email from SpaceX reads that those who purchase a Starlink Mini dish by the end of this month will get it at the same $449 discounted price promo that was supposed to end on December 8.
Not only that, but they will also get the Roam plan that allows them to use the Starlink Mini dish while on the go at a 40% discount. Unfortunately, said Starlink Mini dish roaming promo is for the base plan with 50GB allotment that is now available for just $30/month, not the unlimited satellite Internet plan that is $165/month.
Still, for those Starlink Standard Kit users on the Residential plan who often travel and need to take a Starlink Mini dish with them, the new bundle deal could be of interest as it lowers both the price of the dish, and the roaming plan.
