Nubia's upcoming RedMagic 11 Pro isn't the only flagship phone that the brand will launch in China in October 2025. The company will also release the Nubia Z80 Ultra, which will also be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5. This upcoming flagship has now starred in official photos.
As the newly shared teasers reveal, the Nubia Z80 Ultra will feature a full-screen display. Per recent reports, it will be a flat AMOLED screen with a 144 Hz refresh rate, and just like its predecessor, it will have an under-display camera on the front.
Regarding the back, according to the photos, it seems that there will be a triple-camera setup, but with a slightly different layout than the last-gen flagship. This rear camera setup is expected to sport a 50 MP primary sensor with a 35 mm equivalent focal length. The primary camera will reportedly be paired with a periscope telephoto with 50X digital zoom and a 1/1.55-inch ultra-wide angle sensor.
The company has also confirmed the three color options of the phone: Phantom Black, Condensed White, and Starry Sky Edition. All three are expected to make a global debut shortly after the Chinese launch.
Other expected specs of the Z80 Ultra include a 7,100 mAh battery with 90 W fast charging support (Ugreen Nexode X 160 W charger curr. $89.99 on Amazon), an improved fingerprint reader, and slimmer bezels than the predecessor. Nubia is expected to share more official details about the phone before the October 22 launch event.
