Segway introduces two e-scooters and a hoverboard for children

Segway has unveiled the C2 Go electric kick scooter, the C2 SE Sam’s Club-exclusive e-scooter, and the S2 Kids self-balancing scooter for children. The three electric rides carry kids up to about eight miles (about 13 km) between charges at a speed of 10 mph (16 kph) or less.
The C2 Go e-scooter is an entry-level model with 256-color RGB under-board lighting. The 17 lbs. (7.7 kg) model carries children ages 6 through 10 weighing up to 110 lbs. (50 kg) on 7-inch tires. The $179.99 C2 Go folds for storage and is available starting September 8, 2026.
The slightly heavier 19.2 lbs. (8.7 kg) C2 SE e-scooter is currently available at Sam’s Club stores across America for $199.98. The range and maximum speed is identical to the C2 Go, but the maximum payload is 121 lbs. (55 kg) and it does not offer under-board lighting.
The 23.8 lbs. (10.8 kg) S2 Kids self-balancing scooter utilizes a hover board design with a knee-pole that can be gripped by young riders for extra stability while learning to ride. For safety, the S2 Kids comes with lights on both its front and rear in addition to RGB accent lighting. The unit comes with a LED dashboard and voice prompts. It can carry riders up to 132 lbs. (60 kg) and can be used as a Bluetooth speaker. The S2 Kids can be pre-ordered for $449.99.
The C2 Go and S2 Kids are offered through the Segway store online and authorized dealers. Only Sam's Club members can purchase the C2 SE.
