Samsung unleashes a new Limited Edition of the Galaxy S20 Ultra in Vietnam
Samsung initially launched the Galaxy S20 Ultra in its series' default Cosmic Gray or Black colorways, but not its brighter blue or pink alternatives. This may arguably have been done so as to deflect some attention from the super-flagship's rear camera hump; however, in the latest Limited Edition of this phone, there is no escaping from it.
This special S20 Ultra version is finished in a milky shade of white, meaning the rear camera module is as stark a contrast as it can get. It will be released as a Vietnamese-market exclusive on June 19, 2020, on which day sales of the phone will also begin through the retailer CellPhoneS.
The Galaxy S20 Ultra Limited Edition White will also retain the variant's reputation for prices to match its name: it will be 29,990,000 Vietnamese dong (VND, or ~US$1292) in these shops. However, Samsung has made it a slightly easier buy with the offer of a free Aura Studio 3 speaker from the OEM's subsidiary Harman Kardon, worth VND 6,900,000 (~US$297), with every purchase.
In addition, Samsung Vietnam has announced that S20 Ultra Limited Edition White customers can get up to VND 4,000,000 (~$172) in cash-back. Furthermore, those making this plunge between the phone's launch date and June 21, 2020 stand to get an extra discount of VND 3,000,000 (~$129). This will surely get tills ringing for this national division.
