Samsung has quietly unveiled its latest M-series smartphone, the Galaxy M07, in the Indian market. Samsung’s M-series smartphones are known for their affordability, and the latest one is no exception. The company packs a decent set of features into its latest entry-level smartphone. Speaking about the screen, it sports a 6.7-inch LCD display that delivers a resolution of 1600 x 720p with a 90 Hz refresh rate.
Under the hood, the Galaxy M07 is powered by the MediaTek Helio G99 processor coupled with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal storage, which is further expandable via microSD card. For photography, it ships with a dual rear camera setup, consisting of a 50 MP primary camera and a 2 MP depth sensor just to fill the gap. On the front, there’s an 8 MP shooter for selfies and video chats.
Software-wise, it runs Android 15-based One UI out of the box. Despite being an entry-level smartphone, Samsung has promised six major Android updates (Android 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, and 21) and six years of security patches until 2032. The IP54-rated smartphone is just 7.6 mm (0.29 inches) slim and comes with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and a 3.5 mm headphone jack.
The smartphone retains very similar features to the Samsung Galaxy A07 (curr. available at $199 on Amazon) smartphone, which debuted back in August. The official listing suggests that the smartphone will be available in a single 4 GB + 64 GB variant and only in a black colorway. Though Samsung hasn’t yet revealed the pricing and availability of the Galaxy M07.
