Reviews for the Samsung RV511-S02
Goodbye Glare-Type Samsung is shying away from glare-type screens and has equipped this well-rounded office notebook with a matte (and still bright) display. Check out the "Display" section of the review to see how the matte screen differs from a glossy one.

Archive.org versionThe Samsung RV511 is a well specified laptop that provides plenty of the features and certainly most of the performance you can expect of any laptop under £1000. Build quality is also fairly solid, if a bit chunky and plasticky feeling. It’s a well-rounded package and certainly worth short-listing if you’re shopping for a no-frills laptop under £500.

NVIDIA GeForce 315M: Slightly lower clocked GeForce 310M and therefore also based on the GT218 core that was introduced with the Geforce G210M. Entry-level graphics card that was introduced in late 2010.
Only some 3D games with very low demands are playable with these cards.

380M: The Core i3-380M is a fast clocked Core i3. The TurboBoost, AES, VTd, and Trusted Execution functions are deactivated in the i3-series. Therefore, it always clocks with max. 2.53 GHz (of course Speedstep is included). Thanks to Hyperthreading, 4 threads can be processed simultaneously. An integrated graphics card (GMA HD) and a DDR3 memory controller are also included in the package.» Further information can be found in our Comparison of Mobile Processsors.
