This crystal-encrusted exclusive strap joins the luxury accessories for Samsung devices which are already part of the "Swarovski for Samsung" collection, such as the Crystal Battery Cover for Galaxy S5.
Codrut Nistor,

Only a few days after announcing the Gear S smartwatch, Samsung teams up once again with Swarovski to add a new member to the "Swarovski for Samsung" collection which was revealed back in May. The Samsung Gear S Strap also introduces a brand new Swarovski product, namely Crystal Fine Mesh.

According to the official press release, "This new innovative product integrates the crystals directly into the Strap’s metal mesh making it one of the most exclusive products in the Swarovski assortment. Swarovski’s Crystal Fine Mesh is already being used by top brands in the fashion industry."

Next to Swarovski Gear S Strap, the collection will soon be joined by back covers for Samsung's next flagship, most likely the Galaxy Note 4 phablet. The product will be available for purchase starting next month in retail stores and on the Samsung online store. Pricing is not available yet, so it will probably be unveiled as the product hits the market.

Although I have been writing about new software and hardware for almost a decade, I consider myself to be old school. I always enjoy listening to music on CD or tape instead of digital files and I will not even get into the touchscreen vs physical keys debate. However, I also enjoy new technology, as I now have the chance to take a look at the future every day. I joined the Notebookcheck crew back in 2013 and I have no plans to leave the ship anytime soon.
