Deal | Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE+ reaches new record low in Amazon's limited time sale

As a Fan Edition tablet, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE+ launched as an affordable alternative to the non-FE Tab S9+. That also means there's some cost-cutting on the hardware. But for the price, it's well-equipped, and the value has gotten even better with this limited time sale.

In our review, the Tab S9 FE+ got a respectable score of 87%. We noticed that Samsung got a good number of things right. For example, the tablet has a comparable build quality to the more expensive Galaxy Tab S9+. It comes with a metal case and is available in four colorways. The S9 FE+ even has an IP68 rating, which is not that common in tablets of this price range.

We also liked the display of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE+. It's a 12.4-inch IPS screen with a 90 Hz refresh rate. While the panel is definitely a step down from the AMOLED screen on the Tab S9+, we found that it can get pretty bright. The display's viewing angle stability and color fidelity are also great.

Another noticeable downgrade from the non-FE tablet is the SoC. While the Tab S9+ packs the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, the Galaxy Tab S9 FE+ has a less powerful Exynos 1380. But the good part is that we didn't find the chip throttling in our tests, which means you can expect a consistent performance. Also, even though the Exynos chip is comparatively slow, it can still power through productivity tasks.
