Peakdo's new Starlink Mini power bank is cylindrical and has a built-in tripod

It has only been a month since PeakDo announced the LinkPower 3 power bank for the Starlink Mini. Now, the manufacturer has shared a first look at a new power bank coming soon, and it is unlike its previous ones.

The unnamed PeakDo power bank ditches the large trapezoidal design of the LinkPower series (available on Amazon for $229) for a cylindrical form factor. According to a short video uploaded on its YouTube channel, the new power bank has a black/dark grey finish with a red accent at the top and bottom. It also features a color display and flap-covered ports on one side.

In addition to its design, which is more compact, the new power bank has an integrated tripod which lets it prop up the Star Link Mini. It goes without saying that the power bank attaches to the Starlink Mini with the aid of the mini pipe adapter which ships with the dish.

While PeakDo says more details will be released later, we can presume that the new power bank will have a smaller battery capacity than the LinkPower 3, which has a 99Wh (27,500mAh) battery capacity that provides over 5.5 hours of use. However, the compact design may appeal to those who want something smaller and lighter.

PeakDo is yet to reveal when the power bank will be announced and how much it will cost. Hopefully, it won't be long before these details become available to the public.
