Oppo has unveiled the OHealth H1 Smart Health Monitor, a gadget which can track six vital signs. For example, a built-in thermometer can take your temperature, and an ECG can collect data about your heart. The gadget also has a digital stethoscope and can use AI to diagnose medical problems.

The Oppo OHealth H1 concept device was unveiled during Oppo Inno Day 2022. You can use the Home Smart Health Monitor to track six biometrics, including heart rate, blood oxygen level and blood pressure. The gadget has an ECG, which collects data from your fingertips. The device can also monitor cardiopulmonary sounds thanks to a piezoelectric digital stethoscope with a 20 to 2,000 Hz audio response range. A non-contact infrared sensor hovered near your forehead can track your body temperature with a 0.2 °C (~0.4 °F) accuracy, or you could use the device to monitor your sleep quality.

The concept has two buttons, and vital signs data is displayed on the front of the device. Oppo suggests that you can use built-in AI to help diagnose illnesses and provide treatment suggestions, linking up with virtual assistance from medical professionals. The gadget would sync with the OHealth app, where you could organize your remote consultation and store data for various household members. Data recorded using the OHealth H1 could also be securely transmitted to a doctor in real time.

It is expected that the sensors in the gadget would be more accurate than similar tools found in a smartwatch. The OHealth H1 weighs 95 g, making it easy to move around the house. Plus, you can wirelessly recharge the device via an accompanying charging dock. It is unclear precisely when the Home Smart Health Monitor could launch, in which markets or at what price.
