OnePlus is set to launch a new compact flagship phone on April 24, 2025, the OnePlus 13T. So far, the company has confirmed a good number of details about the smartphone, including the camera specs and the design of the device. Now, it has shared the battery highlights of the upcoming Snapdragon 8 Elite flagship.
Per one of the recent official teaser posts, the OnePlus 13T will pack a large 6,260 mAh battery. The fact that the company was able to pack such a large battery is rather impressive because the OnePlus 13 and 13R, which are larger and heavier than the upcoming phone, feature 6,000 mAh batteries.
In addition, the company has reiterated that the OnePlus 13T will support bypass charging. For those unaware, this feature will let the smartphone run directly from the connected charger (100 W Anker Prime charger curr. $49.99 on Amazon), which can help extend the battery lifespan and is quite handy for gaming.
As for the other specs of the upcoming compact Snapdragon 8 Elite flagship phone, Louis Lee, the company's president, confirmed that the rear will sport a 50 MP Sony IMX906 primary camera. It will be paired with a 2x telephoto with support for 4x lossless zoom and is expected to be a 50 MP sensor as well.
The company has also shared that the front will sport a 6.32-inch screen, making it as compact as the Vivo X200 Pro mini. Other confirmed features included an IP65 rating, a lightweight body weighing 185 grams, and a dedicated gaming chip. More specs of the OnePlus 13T could be revealed before the launch.
