Nothing confirms launch date of new Phone 2a Plus
The Nothing Phone 2a Plus was first teased on Monday, and today, the brand has confirmed the launch date of the device. This new smartphone will be launched on July 31, and that's pretty much all that the company has revealed. Of course, in the announcement, the brand said that the upcoming device would be "Plus. More. Extra."
These hints that we may see the new smartphone coming with more than what the Nothing Phone 2a offers. Looking back, the Phone 2a was released in March of this year, and it was Nothing's first A-series phone. Similar to the Google Pixel A-series (Google Pixel 7a curr. $299 on Amazon), this phone aimed to deliver a good bang for the buck.
Nothing does have two other smartphones under its name, the Phone 1 and Phone 2. They are the premium offerings in the portfolio, while the Phone 2a is a more affordable option. As for the Nothing Phone 2a Plus, given that it's an A-series phone, we may see it launch with a budget-friendly price tag.
Considering Nothing's past launches, we should get more details about the device in the coming days. The launch is less than two weeks away, so even if the company does stay silent, you don't need to wait long to learn all about the Nothing Phone 2a Plus.
Plus. More. Extra.
