MAXSUN is a new Chinese AIB manufacturer that specializes in PC components like motherboards and graphics card models. The company is often sponsoring e-sport events and advertises for its products on the spot. At a very recent e-sport convention, MAXSUN propped up a huge ad with its upcoming next gen Nvidia graphics card from the iCraft series.
The card pictured in the MAXSON ad seems to be the flagship next gen Nvidia GTX model (possibly named GTX 2080), judging by the length of it. It comes with a custom design featuring three air coolers. The cooling side is quite hefty, making the card a dual slot model, and it also integrates RGB decorations plus an illuminated GeForce GTX brand name.
According to WCCFTech, the MAXSUN card features an 8-pin power connector cutout on the top right, while the connector side seems to be missing the DVI connector. The new cards are rumored to feature the new VirtualLink USB-C port together with the latest versions of the HDMI and DisplayPort connectors. Recent PCB leaks also show that the next gen cards should feature a single NVLINK on the top left.
The iCraft custom graphics card models from MAXSUN are expected to hit the market in early September, if the leaked AIB partner release scheduled is to be believed.
