New leak suggests that the Apple Watch 7 could ship in multiple colour variants
Noted internet personality Jon Prosser has been spitting out a lot of leaks of late. His most recent predictions talk about the upcoming MacBooks' colour variants and some Android 12 features. We saw the latter at Google I/O yesterday, so we have good reason to believe that his other predictions hold water. In his latest scoop, Prosser reveals some juicy details about the upcoming Apple Watch 7 series.
It appears that the Apple Watch 7 will follow the M1 iMac in introducing new colourways. The chassis gets a new design, too, with the bezels shrinking a little. Its thickness could be a tad lower, too, as it will be a lot more flat than its predecessors. The Apple Watch 7 will still keep the time-honoured square-shaped screen and circular dial, though. Prosser was also kind enough to include some high-resolution images of what the Apple Watch 7 could look like in Black, White, Blue and Green.
We don't know a whole lot about what the Apple Watch 7 could have in store for us. Leaks from earlier told us that it could ship with a glucose monitor and alcohol level sensor. Apple's line of smartwatches are already quite feature-rich, and the addition of the aforementioned functionalities would ensure that Apple maintains its hegemony in the wearable market. However, the competition isn't far behind, either. Samsung and Google have joined forces to propel WearOS to heretofore-unseen heights, and it'll be interesting to see what they have in store for us.
