More Pixel 4 leaks, more colors: Latest renders show Not Pink replaced by new option
The successors to the Pixel 3 and probably 3 XL are the subject of a number of leaks and rumors, which point to a Google-branded phone with triple cameras in a potentially polarizing square off-centre module. Most recently, they have been captured in new renders. These images mostly serve to confirm the rear panel's projected appearance. However, they also show a color option which is completely new to the series.
This new material allegedly shows the Pixel 4 in 3 shades: white, black, and a light, minty shade of green. This fresh color is even predicted to be called Mint Green, although this isn't completely in line with Google's normal marketing nomenclature. The other 2 SKUs have been seen before, although the white variant now has a striking new blue power button, whereas that of the other is now white.
Should the new Pixel leak prove true, it would hardly count as bad news - on the other hand, it also negates the possibility of a new panda (or stormtrooper, call it what you will) version of the phone. In other news, the tipster OnLeaks has posted new insights on the footprints of both the Pixel 4 and 4 XL.
He asserts that the former's screen size may be between 5.6 and 5.8 inches in a form-factor measuring 147.0x68.9x8.2mm (although this may rise to as much as 9.3mm when it comes to that camera hump). The Pixel 4 XL is projected to be a device with a display of 6.2 to 6.4 inches, with dimensions of 160.4 by 75.2 by (again) 8.2-9.3mm.
