Being an OLED, the G5 sports practically infinite contrast ratios courtesy of pixel-level dimming, without causing any blooming whatsoever. The color reproduction is excellent, with great accuracy and coverage. That said, high-end QD-OLEDs from Samsung do have the upper hand in color volume, but that is hardly a deal breaker for the G5.
