Meizu 18s series: Details of Meizu's Snapdragon 888+ phones surface ahead of launch
Since the Meizu 16 series in 2018, Meizu has released solid flagship phones every year. The company launched the Meizu 18 and 18 Pro earlier this year, and now seems to be back with incremental upgrades in the form of the Meizu 18s and 18s Pro.
Going by word on the grapevine, the Meizu 18s will feature a 6.2" QHD+ OLED, a Snapdragon 888+, a triple rear camera system comprised of a 64MP main camera, a 16MP ultra-wide lens, and an 8MP telephoto lens. At its front will be a 20MP selfie shooter. Battery capacity is listed as 3910mAh, with support for 36W charging.
The Meizu 18s Pro will be the more interesting device, though. It's said to offer a 6.7" QHD+ OLED, a Snapdragon 888+, a 50MP main camera aided by a 32 MP, 8 MP, and 3 MP system. The selfie camera gets a novel 44MP sensor, too. Battery capacity is increased to 4410 mAh with charging also boosted to 40W.
The Meizu 18s series will offer up to 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage. Both phones will run Android 11.
