MediaTek Helio G85-powered AGM H5 Pro goes up for pre-order
The AGM H5, which was released earlier this year, has just received a Pro sibling. This version comes with the same 109 dB speaker (surrounded by an LED RGB ring light, of course), a slightly brighter display with the same resolution (500 nits and 1,600 X 720 pixels), a more powerful processor (MediaTek Helio G85), and it can be pre-ordered starting today for US$319.
The price mentioned above also includes a US$119 gift that consists of a charging dock and headphones. In addition to the technical details mentioned above, we should point out that the AGM H5 Pro comes in a single memory/storage version for now, namely 8/128 GB. The operating system is Android 12, and the camera trio brings together a 48 MP main shooter, a 2 MP macro camera, and a 20 MP infrared night vision camera. There is also a 20 MP selfie shooter present, as well as NFC support, a customizable button, and a 3.5 mm audio jack.
While network connectivity doesn't include 5G, there is a rather long list of 4G standards supported: 4G LTE-TDD: B38/B39/B40/B41, as well as 4G LTE-FDD: B1/B2/B3/B4/B5/B7/B8/B12/B13/B17/B18/B19/B20/B25/B26/B28A/B28B/B66. The phone can handle two nano SIM cards and supports dual 4G standby.
The toughness of this handset is guaranteed by the trio of certifications that guarantees the device's compliance with the following standards: IP68, IP69K, and MIL-STD-810H.
Shipments are scheduled to begin on August 25.
