A post of Xiaomi’s MIUI forums has revealed what devices will receive the MIUI 10 update. Of course, only a select few of those devices will receive a MIUI 10 based on Android Oreo.

A few weeks ago, a user on Reddit collated information on Xiaomi’s roadmap for the MIUI 10 and Oreo update. Of course, that wasn’t official, so it’s always nice to get something a bit more concrete. There’s also the fact that the previous report focused only on devices released in India. This new one, however, is an announcement on the MIUI official forums and is relevant to all global releases.

According to the source, Xiaomi will send out updates to 28 listed devices. The devices are as follows:

  • Xiaomi Mi 8
  • Xiaomi Mi 8 SE
  • Xiaomi Mi Mix 2S
  • Xiaomi Mi Mix 2
  • Xiaomi Mi Mix
  • Xiaomi Mi 6X
  • Xiaomi Mi 6
  • Xiaomi Mi 5
  • Xiaomi Mi Note 2
  • Xiaomi Redmi Note 5
  • Xiaomi Redmi S2/Y2
  • Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X
  • Xiaomi Redmi 5A
  • Xiaomi Redmi 5s
  • Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus
  • Xiaomi Mi Note 3
  • Xiaomi Mi Max
  • Xiaomi Mi Max 2
  • Xiaomi Mi 5X
  • Xiaomi Mi Max Prime
  • Xiaomi Mi 5c
  • Xiaomi Mi 4s
  • Xiaomi Mi 4c
  • Xiaomi Redmi 4X
  • Xiaomi Redmi Note 5A
  • Xiaomi Redmi Note 5A Prime
  • Xiaomi Redmi 5
  • Xiaomi Redmi 5 Plus

Notable omissions on this list include the newly launched Redmi 6 devices, although there’s no doubt the device will get the update. Do note that getting the MIUI 10 update doesn’t necessarily mean an Oreo update. The previous article had details on which devices would remain on the different versions of Android.
