Interested in 3D CAD and VR work? Lenovo provides an easy, economical entry into the world of virtual reality with its new Workstation P320.

Lenovo has just announced their ThinkStation P320 at the UK's popular design, engineering, visualization, and manufacturing conference, Develop3D Live. The P320 is a VR-ready, entry level workstation designed for power users on a budget. It will be available in two sizes, small form factor (SFF) and full-size tower versions. With the ENERGY STAR-qualified P320, Lenovo has created an easy, economical entrance for those interested in VR and 3D CAD work.

Specifications for both include Intel Xeon and Core i processors, FLEX Module for expandability, and NVIDIA Quadro graphics cards. The small form factor will get up to two Quadro P1000 cards, while the full size tower can be configured with up to a Quadro P4000 and the fastest 7th gen Intel Core i7 processor, the 7700K. Both can be had with up to 64GB of DDR4 RAM as well. With these specs, the workstation is capable of running Virtralis VR4CAD, an entry level VR program, without a hitch. Those interested in the workstation won't have to wait long; Lenovo is making it available by the end of April. For more information, visit Lenovo's website.
