Lenovo just announced its new smartphone, dubbed Lenovo Vibe P1 Turbo. The 5.5-inch (FullHD resolution) handset features an all-metal body with protective Gorilla Glass 3 on top, as well as a physical home button and a fingerprint reader.

Under the hood, sits a 64-bit, octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor clocked at 1.5 GHz with integrated Adreno 405 graphics, coupled with 3 GB of RAM. The 32 GB of internal storage space (partly taken by the Android 5.1 Lollipop with Lenovo’s Vibe UI) can be expanded up to 128 GB via the built-in micro-SD memory card reader.

The Vibe P1 Turbo comes with a 13 MP main camera with dual-tone LED flash and phase-detect autofocus (PDAF), as well as a 5 MP front-facing unit for video calls and selfies. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, NFC, Bluetooth, GPS and micro-USB 2.0. The non-removable battery offers a generous 5000 mAh capacity and, according to the manufacturer, allows for up to 49 hours of talk time or up to 30 days of standby time.

The Lenovo Vibe P1 Turbo is now available in Indonesia in silver, gold and grey color versions. It has been priced at an equivalent of approx. $300. Right now, there is no information regarding planned availability in other markets.
