Lenovo today took the wraps off their first entries into the Chromebook market, the N20 and N20p. The 11.6" devices will be debuted later today in San Francisco, where Google and Intel are hosting a joint event.
The pair of notebooks are identical outside of their form factor, with the N20 featuring a clamshell design while the N20p opts for a 300 degree hinge and a 10 point touchscreen. Otherwise, both notebooks are powered by an Intel Celeron CPU, integrated Intel Graphics, up to 4GB of RAM and up to 16GB of storage.
Thanks to Chrome OS, the N-series also manage a boot time of just 3 seconds and 8 hours of battery life in addition to weighing around 3 pounds. The laptops will be available in a Graphite Gray color, with the N20 starting at $279 this July and the N20p following at $329 in August.
