The phone will most likely come with a 5-inch screen, Snapdragon 808 CPU and a 21 MP camera.

Results listings of the popular mobile benchmark, GFXbench, have been the source of many accurate specification leaks. This time, the upcoming Lenovo Vibe X3 smartphone has been spotted among the results, giving us a chance to learn quite a lot of details about the new handset.

The device is reported to come with a 4.9-inch, FullHD display. However, due to the benchmarks technical peculiarities, the screen size might been detected innacurately and the real size might actually be 5 inches, just like it was the case with its predecessor – the Vibe X2.

The X3 will be powered by the hexa-core Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 808 SoC, with two „performance” cores clocked at 1.8 GHz (maximum for the chip being 2 GHz). The frequency of the other four „energy-efficiency” cores has not been measured by GFXBench. Same applies to the Adreno 418 GPU. There will be 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage space (minus the space occupied by the OS, of course), expandable via micro-SD card slot.

Lenovo Vibe X3 will feature a 21 MP camera with dual-LED flash, allowing recording of 4K video. Connectivity options include: multi-band LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth v4.0 as well as GPS with A-GPS. The handset also sports a fingerprint scanner for increased data security.

Unfortunately, both release date and pricing remain a mystery for now, although launch during IFA 2015 in September seems quite likely.
