Lenovo Phab 2 Pro now available for $499.99 USD
Just as promised, the Lenovo Phab 2 Pro is now available. This Android-powered handset has a very generous display and high-end specs, being the first one of its kind. Thanks to the Project Tango 3D technology, the Lenovo Phab 2 Pro allows its users to interact with 3D maps generated from their real-world surroundings. Obviously, the first apps to take advantage of this are games.
Lenovo Phab 2 Pro has the following specs and features:
- Processor: Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 SoC
- Memory/Storage: 4 GB RAM; 64 GB internal storage and microSD support up to 256 GB (second SIM slot)
- Display: 6.4-inch multitouch with 1,440X2,560 pixels
- Cameras: 8 MP front, 16 MP rear

- Weight/Dimensions: 0.57 pounds; 7.08X3.49X0.42 inches

Unfortunately, the battery is non-removable, and when a microSD card is installed, the dual-SIM capabilities can no longer be used. In addition to all the above, the Lenovo Phab 2 Pro also comes with Dolby Atmos audio and active noise cancellation with a dedicated microphone.
For now, only the gray variant is available. Those eager to check the augmented reality capabilities of the handset can enjoy on of the over 35 Tango-ready apps currently available.
