Reviews for the Lenovo Miix 630-12Q35

70% Lenovo Miix 630 review: Ultra long-lasting 2-in-1 has a few too many issues
Source: Pocket Lint English
As the first wave of Snapdragon-powered 2-in-1 devices the Miix 630 does well: it lasts for an age. Problem is the keyboard isn't great and this setup limits your app pool, which will be a major no-go for plenty of users. There's a lot of potential, it's just not quite there yet.

The Miix 630 is basically budget performance in a premium body, with 4G and a big battery to help sweeten the deal. It could be a great option for users who want a 2-in-1 laptop that’s easy to use on the go, without worrying about battery life or Wi-Fi connections, but only if you’re happy to stick to word processing and web browsing.

50% Lenovo Miix 630 review: Windows on Snapdragon can only get better from here
Source: Neowin English
Later this year will be the Snapdragon 850 PCs, and those promise a 30% increase in performance. I don't know if that will be enough, but this platform should continue to get better over time. Unfortunately, that time is not now.

Lenovo Miix 630 – A Windows Laptop With the Heart of a Smartphone [Review]
Source: G Style Magazine English
The Lenovo Miix 630 isn’t a bad by any means but it does have a few short comings because of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 mobile processor and Windows 10 S. Much of it can be overcome though by just upgrading it to Windows 10 Pro if need be.

Lenovo Miix 630 First Impressions and Unboxing Photos

Based on looks and build alone, the Lenovo Miix 630 detachable laptop isn’t bad at all. The build quality seems top notch, it seems pretty light for what it is, and the keyboard case itself is pretty nice. I do like the fact that this can turn into a true tablet which makes it even lighter as opposed to the 2-in-1 convertible laptops where the keyboard just folds back but you’re still left with all the weight.

Lenovo Miix 630 review: Hands-on
Source: PC Advisor English
If it can run Windows smoothly and consistently, the Miix 630 could be a great option for users who want a 2-in-1 laptop that’s easy to use on the go, without worrying about battery life or Wi-Fi connections. The big question marks right now are just how well it handles Windows, and whether HP’s similar Envy x2 - which is lighter and more attractive - can match it on price.

Lenovo Miix 630 hands-on
Source: Trusted Reviews English
The design doesn’t do much to excite the senses, but the idea of the Miix 630 running on the Snapdragon 835 platform does. The thought of 20 hours of battery life and LTE support is exciting; and I can’t wait to actually use one of these devices for an extended period of time.

Lenovo Miix 630 initial review: Bossing battery life with 20 hours per charge
Source: Pocket Lint English
Intel might not be happy about it, but the Qualcomm-powered Windows 10 S devices might help to answer the questions of excess fan noise and limited battery life. Indeed, the Lenovo Miix 630 is silent, powerful and long-lasting straight out of the box.

Qualcomm Adreno 540: Integrated graphics card in the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 SoC. Slighly optimized architecture compared to the Adreno 530 but with higher clock speed due to the new 10 nm process. In the beginning of 2017 one of the fastest graphics cards for Android based smartphones. Non demanding games should be playable with these graphics cards. » Further information can be found in our Comparison of Mobile Graphics Cards and the corresponding Benchmark List.
835: High-End SoC for smartphones that was introduced in early 2017 and manufactured in 10 nm LPE FinFET at Samsung. Integrates 4x Kryo 280 at 2.45 GHz (max) for performance and 4x Kryo 280 at 1.9 GHz (max) for efficiency. Furthermore offers an X16 LTE modem, ac-WiFi and a dual-channel 32-Bit 1866 MHz LPDDR4x memory controller. » Further information can be found in our Comparison of Mobile Processsors.
12.3":

This screen diagoal is quite large for tablets but small for subnotebooks. Some convertibles are also represented with that size.

Large display-sizes allow higher resolutions. So, details like letters are bigger. On the other hand, the power consumption is lower with small screen diagonals and the devices are smaller, more lightweight and cheaper.

0.62 kg:

This weight is typical for small tablets.

Lenovo: Lenovo ( "Le" as in the English word legend and "novo" (Latin) for new) was founded in 1984 as a Chinese computer trading company. From 2004, the company has been the largest laptop manufacturer in China and got the fourth largest manufacturer worldwide after the acquisition of IBM's PC division in 2005. In addition to desktops and notebooks, the company also produces monitors, projectors, servers, etc.

In 2011, Lenovo acquired the majority of Medion AG, a European computer hardware manufacturer. In 2014, Lenovo took over Motorola Mobility, which gave them a boost in the smartphone market.

From 2014 to 2016 Lenovo's market share in the global notebook market was 20-21%, ranking second behind HP. However, the distance decreased gradually. In the smartphone market, Lenovo did not belong to the Top 5 global manufacturers in 2016.

63.33%: Such a bad rating is rare. There exist hardly any notebooks, which are rated worse.
