Source: CNet English
Finally, the Legion Y7000, Lenovo's basic gaming laptop, looks like the 15-inch will get the same processor and display options as the Y540 15, and the same GPU choices with the exception of the GTX 1050. The Y7000p is the Optane-optional model with some other slight configuration differences.

80.8% Lenovo Ideapad L340-17API laptop review: 17.3-incher pleases with good battery life | Notebookcheck
With the Ideapad L340-17API, Lenovo delivers a 17.3-inch laptop that can score points with a strong Ryzen 5 3500U APU, a solid state drive, good battery life and a quite good keyboard. Unfortunately, it does not lack weaknesses: In this case, a TN panel with unstable viewing angles is in use, and the RAM is only able to run in single-channel mode. In addition, there is no memory card reader.

77.9% Lenovo IdeaPad L340-17IRH Review: The well-rounded mid-range gaming notebook is unable to reach its full performance potential | Notebookcheck
Thanks to the Core i5-9300H processor and the GeForce GTX-1650 graphics core, the IdeaPad is able to bring all the current computer games smoothly to the matte 17.3-inch display (FHD, IPS). They are accompanied by a NVMe SSD, 16 GB of working memory, and a good battery life. Unfortunately, the working memory is only able to run in single-channel mode.

Lenovo Ideapad L340 Gaming (17″) review – a crossbreed between an Ideapad and a Legion
Source: Laptop Media English
Okay, so this laptop is being one of Lenovo’s best effort to brand a line-up for extremely budget gaming and separate the Legion series as a more premium device at the same time. They surely succeeded with the first one, as the Ideapad L340 Gaming (17″) doesn’t look nor feel like a gaming laptop, whatsoever.

Lenovo: Lenovo ( "Le" as in the English word legend and "novo" (Latin) for new) was founded in 1984 as a Chinese computer trading company. From 2004, the company has been the largest laptop manufacturer in China and got the fourth largest manufacturer worldwide after the acquisition of IBM's PC division in 2005. In addition to desktops and notebooks, the company also produces monitors, projectors, servers, etc.

In 2011, Lenovo acquired the majority of Medion AG, a European computer hardware manufacturer. In 2014, Lenovo took over Motorola Mobility, which gave them a boost in the smartphone market.

From 2014 to 2016 Lenovo's market share in the global notebook market was 20-21%, ranking second behind HP. However, the distance decreased gradually. In the smartphone market, Lenovo did not belong to the Top 5 global manufacturers in 2016.

With these GPUs you are able to play modern and demanding games fluently at medium detail settings and HD resolution.

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 (Laptop): Mid range dedicated graphics card for laptops based on the desktop GTX 1650 and therefore the Turing architecture (TU117 chip in 12nm FFN) without raytracing and Tensor cores. NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 (Laptop): Mainstream graphics card based on Nvidia's Pascal architecture and successor to the GeForce GTX 960M. Is manufactured in a 14nm process at Samsung and the technical specifications are very similar to the desktop version.Modern games should be playable with these graphics cards at low settings and resolutions. Casual gamers may be happy with these cards.

AMD Vega 8: Integrated graphics card of the Ryzen APUs based on the Vega architecture with 8 CUs (= 512 shaders) and a clock of up to 1100 MHz.» Further information can be found in our Comparison of Mobile Graphics Cards and the corresponding Benchmark List.
Intel Core i5:

9300H: On Coffee Lake architecture based processor for big and heavy laptops. Integrates four processor cores clocked at 2.4 - 4.1 GHz (4 GHz with 4 cores) that support HyperThreading. Manufactured in an improved 14nm process (14nm++). AMD Picasso (Ryzen 3000 APU):

3500U: Mobile Quad-Core APU using Zen+ cores clocked at 2.2 to 3.8 GHz and a Vega graphics card with 8 CUs clocked at up to 1200 MHz.

2.5 kg:

Usually subnotebooks, ultrabooks and quite lightweight laptops with 12-16 inch display-diagonal weigh as much.

2.8 kg:

This weight is representative for typical laptops with a 14-16 inch display-diagonal.

79.35%: This rating is not convincing. The laptop is evaluated below average, this is not really a recommendation for purchase.» Further information can be found in our Notebook Purchase Guide.
