This laptop can be characterized by its build quality, performance (to some extent), and efficiency. Because of its chipset and relatively large battery, it can last for up to 14 hours of Web browsing. This should be plenty for you to get an entire workday’s worth of use on a single charge. While some other factors, like the upgrade options, are not stellar, we have to embrace the future. There, soldered memory is as common as the laptop having a keyboard. On the other hand, you have to be careful, because the 8GB option is only configured to work at single-channel. This won’t be an issue with daily use, but if you try playing games, your fps will be decreased. Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 5 (16″, 2023)’s IPS panel has a WUXGA resolution, comfortable viewing angles, and a good contrast ratio. Its backlight doesn’t use PWM for brightness adjustment, which is great, however, the color coverage is quite limited.

Having used it for more than a week, the Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 5 sufficed my daily browsing and working tasks. I absolutely loved the aluminum build with Miltary Standard certification. If you compare it to the last year’s model, there are no major improvements on the performance side, but the 76Wh battery definitely steals the show here from the 56WH of the last-gen IdeaPad Slim 5. Those seeking for an ultrabook with the proper build quality and enough performance for casual usage, this guy stands as a considerable option at the price of NPR 104,000. Not to forget, you’re getting 1TB SSD storage and 16GB RAM at this price.

AMD Vega 7: Integrated graphics adapter of the Ryzen APUs based on the Vega architecture with 7 CUs (= 448 shaders) and a clock speed of up to 1,600 MHz.
Modern games should be playable with these graphics cards at low settings and resolutions. Casual gamers may be happy with these cards.

15-inch display variants are the standard and are used for more than half of all laptops.
The reason for the popularity of mid-sized displays is that this size is reasonably easy on the eyes, often allows high resolutions and thus offers rich details on the screen, yet does not consume too much power and the devices can still be reasonably compact - simply the standard compromise.

As of 2004, the company was the largest laptop manufacturer in China and, after acquiring IBM's PC division in 2005, the fourth largest in the world. In addition to desktops and notebooks, the company manufactures monitors, projectors, servers, etc, and specializes in developing, manufacturing and marketing consumer electronics, personal computers, software, enterprise solutions and related services.
In 2016, the company ranked first in the world in computer sales. It still held it in 2023 with about 23% global market share. Important product lines are Thinkpad, Legion and Ideapad.
In 2011, it acquired a majority stake in Medion AG, a European computer hardware manufacturer. In 2014, Motorola Mobility was purchased, which gave Lenovo a boost in the smartphone market.
96%: This model is obviously considered exceptional by the testers. There are almost no laptops that are rated this well. If the reviews or the sources that give these ratings are to be taken seriously, then it is a very clear buy recommendation. Unfortunately, sometimes top scores are also squandered.
