AMD Radeon R5 (Stoney Ridge): Integrated graphics adapter of some AMD-A dual-core APUs ("Stoney Ridge"). Based on the GCN architecture, implements 192 shader units and runs at up to 800 MHz. The performance can vary heavily depending on the TDP (15-25 Watts for the whole chip)

Non demanding games should be playable with these graphics cards.

A6-9220C: Entry-level APU for Chromebooks and based on the 2015 Stoney-Ridge series. Uses 2 CPU cores (1 module with two integer and one FP unit) clocked at 1.8 to 2.7 GHz.» Further information can be found in our Comparison of Mobile Processsors.

This is a standard display format for tablet computers or small convertibles. You see more on the screen than on a smartphone but you can't use big resolutions well. On the other hand, mobility is not a problem.
