Leaked picture of the Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus 'Beyond 2' prototype confirms dual in-display front cameras

The Samsung Galaxy S10 is getting leaked left and right and the latest leak we have is a picture of a Galaxy S10 Plus prototype being tested in the factory. This picture was first posted by Slashleaks and seems to confirm the position of the dual in-display selfie cameras to the right of the display as seen in renders so far.

Codenamed 'Beyond 2', the Galaxy S10 Plus seems to be running a camera test app and is seen to be covered with an anti-leak screen protector. This makes it somewhat difficult to get an idea of the bezels but we do get a sense of the top bezel thanks to the in-display cameras. The display design seems to be in-line with the patents filed by Samsung last month for multiple in-display camera designs. 

The Samsung Galaxy S10 lineup is said to consist of the 5.8-inch S10 Lite (Beyond 0), the 6.1-inch S10 (Beyond 1), and the 6.4-inch S10 Plus (Beyond 2). The Galaxy S10 is expect to sport the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 or the Exynos 9820 SoC and is expected to sport up to 12 GB RAM and 1 TB of onboard storage (presumably for the S10 Plus). Samsung is also expected to offer distinct imaging capabilities for each S10 variant.

The Galaxy S10 Lite could feature a three-camera setup (one selfie and two rear cameras) while the S10 is expected to sport quad cameras (two selfie and two rear cameras). The S10 Plus, on the other hand, is expected to carry a total of five cameras — two selfie shooters and three rear cameras, one of which is thought to be a wide-angle lens. A possible hexa-camera setup (with quad-rear cameras) is also being rumored for the Galaxy S10 5G version.

So far, all the pieces of the puzzle regarding the physical looks of the Galaxy S10 are slowly falling into place and we expect even more leaks in the coming weeks. That said, leaks being leaks, we advise readers to always take them with a pinch of the proverbial salt.
