Leagoo M7 leak surfaces online
Leagoo, another nigh-unknown manufacturer from China, are on their way to the release of the latest device in their M-series, the M7. A leak surfaced on Twitter earlier in the day, revealing a device that appears to be another uncreative take on the iPhone 7.
Dual rear cameras at the top left, an LED flash just after them, and a form factor that bears an uncanny resemblance to the Google Pixel complete a design package that breaks absolutely no new grounds.
The M7 is expected to come with a 5.5” display, Android Nougat, 3000mAh battery, and Corning Gorilla Glass 4. Detailed specifications of the device are unknown at the moment but Leagoo are seemingly keen on focusing on the entry level market with the M product line, so expectations should be kept to a minimum. The last device in the line, the M8 Pro, shipped with a HD display, 2GB of RAM, and 16GB of internal storage memory. It, however, sported a 3500mAh battery, and a downgrade in the M7 would be baffling.
The M7 is expected to launch sometime this month, so stay tuned for more leaks and release news.
