Costco is currently running a sale on the 2021 HP Envy 13 for $350 USD off the original launch price of $1000. The deal is notable for its high-end chassis and design relative to the sale price. Typically, users would instead have to settle for less attractive Pavilion models in this particular price range which are generally thicker and of lower quality than an Envy model.
Other than the sleek chassis, the system comes with a Tiger Lake-U Core i5-1135G7 CPU, 16 GB of RAM, 512 GB NVMe SSD, Thunderbolt 4, and a 13.3-inch 1080p IPS display. We especially appreciate the spacious RAM capacity as many sale configurations like to offer just 8 GB to save on costs.
Users can check out our review on the Envy 13 here to learn more about the chassis and its physical features. Though our test unit differs in terms of internal processors, it is externally the same model and so many of our comments still apply. Keep in mind that there is no HDMI port on the laptop and so owners must utilize the USB-C port when connecting any external monitors.
