According to an anonymous source close to @EvLeaks, LG's upcoming flagship may carry dual screens similar to the upcoming LG V10. The primary screen is expected to be a 5.3-inch 2560 x 1440 resolution display while the secondary should be a resolution of 1040 x 160 pixels. Similar to the Galaxy S6 Edge, this longer display can be used as a notifications ticker that can be switched on or off.
The second notable feature according to the same anonymous tip is a "Magic Slot" for sliding in add-ons like keyboards or even additional cameras for GoPro-like functionality. Other hardware specifications include a 16 MP rear camera capable of wide-angle 135 degree shots, 8 MP front-facing camera, and a rear fingerprint scanner similar to the Nexus 5X.
As previously rumored, the LG G5 could come equipped with the new Snapdragon 820 SoC, integrated Adreno 530 graphics, 3 GB RAM, and 32 GB eMMC. It's unknown if the storage capacity or battery can be expanded or removed as needed. The battery module itself is expected to be just 2800 mAh compared to 3000 mAh on the LG G4 due to the higher performance-per-watt of the new Snapdragon series.
