Japannext has launched a new 21.5-inch Full HD touchscreen monitor in Japan. It features 10-point touch support, a 75Hz refresh rate and USB-C connectivity with up to 65W power delivery.

Japannext's JN-IPST215F-HSPC6-W is a new 21.5-inch monitor with a Full HD touchscreen and an all-white design.

The Japannext monitor uses an IPS (ADS) panel with a 1920 x 1080 resolution and a 75Hz refresh rate. It offers a maximum brightness of 220 nits, a 1,000:1 contrast ratio and 100% sRGB coverage. The glossy screen supports up to 10 simultaneous touch points, allowing Windows users to zoom, scroll and interact with content using their fingers.

Touch works when the monitor is connected through USB-C. If you use HDMI or DisplayPort, you also need to connect the monitor's USB-B port to your computer with a USB-A-to-USB-B cable. AdaptiveSync and FreeSync are supported, along with flicker-free technology and a mode that reduces blue light.

Its USB-C port supports video output and up to 65W of power delivery, allowing compatible laptops to receive power and display output through a single cable.

Other connections include HDMI 2.0, DisplayPort 1.2, USB-B and two USB-A 2.0 ports. The built-in KVM function lets users share one keyboard and mouse between two connected computers.

Japannext includes an adjustable stand with height, tilt and swivel adjustments, as well as support for portrait orientation. The monitor can also be mounted using a 100 x 100mm (3.9 x 3.9-inch) VESA mount. It has two 2W speakers and weighs around 4.2kg (9.3lb) with the stand.

Unlike the 32-inch Alogic Clarity Touch 6K, which offers a 6K resolution and up to 90W USB-C power delivery, the Japannext model targets users who want a smaller Full HD touchscreen for a desktop setup.

Those looking for a portable alternative can also consider the Ananta 17.3-inch touchscreen monitor, which we have reviewed. It is designed for portable use rather than a fixed desktop setup.
