In addition to unveiling the JBuds Lux ANC Headphones, JLab has unrolled the curtains on the JBuds ANC 3 True Wireless Earbuds. At the core, they are budget-friendly buds that aim to offer a better audio experience and improved battery life than their predecessors.
Currently available at $60 on Amazon, the ANC 3 earbuds claim to offer up to nine hours of run time after a full charging session. JLab says that the charging case can deliver another 33 hours, making the total battery life stand at 42 hours. That’s a longer battery rating than the high-end Sony WF-1000XM5 (curr. $278 on Amazon).
Like the previous JLab ANC earbuds, the carrying case of the JBuds ANC 3 is pocket-friendly. It’s about the size of a USB flash drive and has an attached USB-C cable for easy charging.
As for the audio features, the earbuds have a Safe Listening Mode that keeps the volume within the range recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO). There’s a low-latency mode too. It aims to enhance the movie-watching experience. Also, these buds feature JLab app support, which enables advanced audio customization.
Other highlights of the JLab JBuds ANC 3 TWS Earbuds include an IP55 rating, Bluetooth multipoint, Google Fast Pair, “advanced noise-control ENC microphones” for phone calls, and “smart” active noise canceling (ANC).
